What is this?
Perhaps it is fiting that Ben Tzion Street (pseudonym for an early Zionist author and editor) in Kiryat Moshe is surrounded by streets names after Gaonim, and an Ilui.
But that doesn't explain what in the world this huge concrete tower is, and what it is doing on this street.
Any ideas...? Anyone? Beuller?

ive seen something like that and was told its a water tower.
It is a water tower!
